Neil has an ITEC Level 3 Diploma in massage, ITEC Level 4 Certificate in Sports massage therapy, Practitioners Diploma in Seated Acupressure on site massage, Kinesio Taping Fundamental and Advanced.
Neil has completed his British Sign Language Level 1 qualification and is currently working towards Level 2.
From a young age Neil has enjoyed swimming and has recently started doing virtual challenges that has led him into distance walking.

Amie provides chiropractic care at Ideal Health. Qualified from Glamorgan University in 2010 with a Masters in Chiropractic following her Degree in Human Biology. She is registered with the General Chiropractic Council and a member of the British Chiropractic Association.
Amie uses a variety of techniques to suit each individual including Manipulation, Mobilisation, Soft Tissue Release Techniques and Dry Needling, She holds her Level 2 Award in Infection Prevention and Control for Special Procedures Practitioners.
Outside of work, her time is spent in the outdoors or at her local gym or for more restful moments enjoys cooking and reading.
