I was feeling a bit dubious about visiting a chiropractor, but after being in so much pain with neck / shoulder, constant headaches, numerous different medications and physiotherapy sessions I thought it was worth a shot and I’m glad I did! Amie is fantastic and puts you at ease straight away. Long standing back complaint from running, which left me unable to get out of bed at times. Assessed by Amie who confirmed my pelvis was out of line and that the back muscles were extremely tight. After 4 months I was back running, full mobility and no back pain at all. I even managed to knock 2 mins a mile off previous times!!. Thank you ever so much Amie ML
Amie is my go-to person whenever my back is playing up. I’m fairly active and like to walk, run, Spin and the occasional HIIT session. Whenever I have a niggle or full on back spasm, I always arrange an appointment with Amie, and she has me back in training in no time. She listens to what my aches and pains are, she then assesses me and the gets to work on releasing the tensions that are causing the pain! Anyone who tells me they have a form of muscular aches and pains, I recommend Amie.
